How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Click the link above to access our returns portal, or log in to your customer account and select the order you'd like to return.
- Follow the prompts to submit your return request.
Once your request is submitted, we'll review it and send you next steps within 2 business days.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery (unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase).
- The following items are not eligible for return: Final Sale items, perishable or consumable goods (flour, food ingredients, etc.), hygienic or food-contact items once opened, sale items, gift cards, and custom or personalized orders.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
European Union Customers — Right of Withdrawal
If your order was shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days of delivery of the last item, for any reason. You may also cancel before your order is fulfilled. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. No restocking fee applies to EU right of withdrawal returns.
